Ex-Minister of the Youth Parliament of Pakistan Hanan Ali Abbasi visited UK with Youth parliamentarian delegation for the purpose of promotion the youth of Pakistan and for observing the British Political, Judicial and Civil administrative system.
During this one week trip from 4th July to 10th, the delegation had meetings with Pakistani origin Muslim MPs and other significant political and community figures. Pakistani origin Muslim MPs like British Minister Saeeda Warsi, Mr .Anas Sarwar, Ms.Yasmin Qureshi, Mr.Sajid Javed Lord Nazir Ahmed and Deputy Mayor of London met with this delegation. This delegation also got chance to observe proceedings of House of Commons, House of Lords and Supreme Court of UK.
Delegation also visited Chatham House which is independent world leading source of analysis, informed debate and influential ideas on how to build a prosperous and secure world for all which also arranges meetings and conferences for members of parliament.
Youth parliament is such an initiative taken by Pakistan
Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) to give political awareness among the youth of Pakistan on all major and minor issues. On the bases of best performances delegation of eight people were selected for UK study Trip sponsored by FCO. The delegation included Syed Manzoor Shah (Balochistan), Hanan Ali Abbasi (Khyber PK), Lehrasip Hayat Dar (Punjab), Anum Javed Cheema (Punjab), Madeeha Shahid Rana(Punjab), Bilal Nasir(Sindh), Imtiaz Ali Khoro(Sindh), Zile Huma
(Punjab)and Ahmed Bilal Mehboob Exective Director, PILDAT, Asiya Riaz, Joint Director, Pildat, Muhammad Umer Shami Project Officer PILDAT.
This trip concluded on 10th July but left him with many question marks like when democracy in Pakistan will be so strong like UK?

Hanan Ali Abbasi visited china & Hong Kong with National Youth
Delegation 2010. He viewed the capital of China Beijing, Tianjin, Changsha and YueYong. During the visit he met different dignitaries and other officials of municipal youth federation of these cities like Vice President “All China Youth Federation” & Pakistani Ambassador Mr. Masood Khan. He had a chance to visit different famous and historical places like Great Wall, Olympic Stadium, Tianjin Museumand Mao’s home town Flower wreath was also placed by the delegation at the state of Chairman Mao in Mao Square at Xiangtan Municipal. Mr. Abbasi has written a book composed of 150 pages on his memories, historical background and leadership secrets ofChina and UK – Cheen Sey Bartaniya Tak” and many prominent Pakistani writers appreciated his work and gave a write-ups on this book.
